Manufacturer warranty (B2B Policy)

1. Warranty terms

The warranty applies only to supplied materials and is valid from the delivery date until the completion of assembly.

The warranty covers hidden defects in materials or workmanship that are not caused by moisture, improper storage, assembly errors, or inadequate maintenance.

Repair, compensation, or reimbursement of related costs (labor, delays, etc.) are excluded, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Customer obligations

Upon delivery, please inspect the order in the presence of the courier. Any visible damage must be recorded in a damage protocol and reported to immediately.

Within 14 days of delivery, check all components against the provided packing list. Missing or visibly defective parts must be reported before assembly or according to the claim process.
- Used, painted, or installed parts cannot be replaced under warranty.

To activate the warranty, the Buyer must:
- Assemble the building according to instructions.
- Properly coat all external wooden surfaces with suitable wood preservatives or paint within 7 days of assembly completion.

Long-term storage of goods in original packaging is not recommended, as limited ventilation may affect wood quality. Assembly and coating should follow shortly after delivery.

3. Exclusions from warranty

The warranty does not cover:

3.1 Natural characteristics of wood:
- Variations in colour, shade, and grain.
- Knots, small cracks, or minor deformations not affecting structural stability.
- Expansion/shrinkage due to seasonal weather conditions.

3.2 Issues arising from improper assembly or foundation, including uneven bases or unstable ground.

3.3 Modifications made without manufacturer’s approval (e.g., altering elements, cutting doors/windows).

3.4 Insufficient or improper coating, painting, or impregnation, including failure to protect wood against UV rays, moisture, or mold.

3.5 Mechanical, thermal, or chemical damage (impact, cutting, overheating).

3.6 Environmental conditions such as inadequate ventilation, heating, or humidity inside the structure.

3.7 Glass products.

3.8 Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., storms, floods, lightning, fire).

4. Claim procedure

In case of defects:

4.1 Notify the Seller in writing within 5 days of discovering the issue.

4.2 Fill claim form and provide a description of the defect, photos, purchase date, and Buyer details (name, address). See →  Claim form.

4.3 Replacement parts will be supplied within the agreed timeframe in coordination with the manufacturer’s responsible person.

Technical advice regarding construction is not included in the warranty. Optional consultation services may be offered separately.

5. Maintenance recommendations

Wood is a natural material; its behaviour depends on weather and environment. To prolong the life of your product:

5.1 Immediately coat all external surfaces after assembly with high-quality, flexible paints or preservatives.

5.2 Pay special attention to corners, edges, windows, and doors. Leaving them untreated may result in warranty loss.

5.3 Renew the paint or protective layer regularly, as recommended by the paint manufacturer.

5.4 Periodically check and adjust doors, windows, hinges, columns, and supports.
